Introduction
We, Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™, have a vacancy for a Wage Administrator to join our dynamic team in Durban. Reporting to the Wage Manager, the successful candidate will be required to ensure correct payment of wages, the first time and every time.
Duties & Responsibilities
The following duties are expected of the Wage Administrator, including but not limited to:
- Auditing of Assignee and Client Files.
- All administration relating to the payment of Assignee wages weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.
- Liaise with the Finance Function regarding payment of debtors and creditors.
- Reconciliations as necessary.
- Stock Control and the issue of stock items.
- Completion of reports as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Twelve) Matric Certificate with Grade 12 (Twelve) Accounting and Grade 12 (Twelve) Maths on Standard Grade as a minimum.
- Diploma: Payroll Management, NQF level 3 (Three).
- Certificate: MS Office Suite.
- A minimum of 2 (Two) years of experience in a TES or Contract Cleaning wages environment would be beneficial.
Package & Remuneration
The remuneration package will include a basic salary, allowances as required for the position, Death Benefit Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Funeral benefits.
