Wages Administrator – Reporting to the Wage Manager, the successful candidate must accurately issue wages to assignees, calculating earnings and deductions by established practices and guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities
The following duties are expected of the Wage Administrator, including but not limited to:
- Auditing of Assignee and Client Files.
- All administration relating to the payment of Assignee wages weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.
- Liaise with the Finance Function regarding payment of debtors and creditors.
- Reconciliations as necessary.
- Stock Control and the issue of stock items.
- Completion of reports as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Twelve) Matric Certificate with Grade 12 (Twelve) Accounting and Grade 12 (Twelve) Maths on Standard Grade as a minimum.
- Diploma: Payroll Management, NQF level 3 (Three).
- Certificate: MS Office Suite.
- A minimum of 3 (Three) years of experience in a TES or Contract Cleaning wages environment.
- A good understanding of the Afrikaans language would greatly benefit.
Package & Remuneration
The remuneration package will include a basic salary, allowances as required for the position, Death Benefit Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Funeral Policy benefits.
