Introduction
Our Client, a leader in the Retail Industry, seeks to employ a Store Administrator to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Cape Town area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the store systems run efficiently.
- Ensure the store is clean, always organised and visually appealing to customers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Maintain and update the stock register on a daily basis.
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Capture stock details on procurement systems.
- Administer the receiving of goods for the store.
- Monitor financial performance of the store, including tracking sales, expenses and profits.
- Assist in stock count as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Twelve).
- At least 2 (Two) years of experience in a similar role in a Retail or FMCG environment.
- Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Excel (advantageous).
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- High level of integrity.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
