Introduction
Our Client, a leader in the Supply Chain Management Industry, is seeking to employ an experienced Site Administrator, who must reside around Cape Town only.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Tracking and processing timesheets.
- Performing HR-related admin duties.
- Performing general office duties and offering clerical support.
- Reconciling of financial and payroll information.
- Managing staff rosters such as leave applications.
- Creating regular reports for senior management on a daily basis.
- Checking and sorting equipment.
- Maintaining files and document preparation.
- General IT tasks.
- Performing administrative activities such as maintaining or tracking information on files and processing paperwork.
- Coordinating and tracking shift schedules for team members.
- Assisting the Site Manager and Shift Supervisors as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 (Three) years experience as Site Administrator.
- Must have experience in working with containers.
- Experience in the Logistics or Warehousing Industry will be advantageous.
- Must be literate (able to read and write).
- Must have strong Excel skills and experience in data sets.
- Must have strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must have own transport (essential).
- No Criminal Record.
Package & Remuneration
Salary between R8k and R10k per month.
