Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of the administration of contracts and site allocated.
- Reporting on headcount, Client satisfaction, discipline per site and the dashboard per Client.
- Management of equipment and consumables.
- Management of Health and Safety including reporting of all Injury of Duty occurrences.
- Management of the site to ensure operational profitability.
- Growth of business.
- Adherence to legal compliance.
- Service delivery evaluation.
- People and performance Management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Education: Grade 12 (Twelve).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license with reliable personal transport.
- Qualifications: Certification in Basic Labour Relations and or extensive relevant experience.
- Work Ethic: Sense of urgency and results-driven mindset.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: Client care and service management experience.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of legislation related to the Contract Cleaning industry.
