Reporting to the Wage Manager, the successful candidate will be required to accurately issue wages to Assignees, calculating earnings and deductions in accordance with established practices and guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities
The following duties are expected of the Senior Payroll Administrator, including but not limited to:
- General Payroll Administration including balancing and reconciling of all pay runs.
- Manage the payroll maintenance of all Company payrolls in line with Policy requirements.
- Auditing of Assignee and Client Files monthly.
- Confirm Banking Audits, Bargaining Council Audits and Employee Leave Audits to the Wage and Payroll Manager.
- Manage the Assignee administration relating to the employment contract paperwork.
- Liaise with the Finance Function regarding payment of debtors and creditors.
- Assist with Payroll setup for all new payroll functions as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Twelve) Matric Certificate with Grade 12 (Twelve) Accounting and Grade 12 (Twelve) Maths on Standard Grade as a minimum.
- Diploma: Payroll Management, NQF level 3 (Three).
- Certificate: MS Office Suite.
- A minimum of 5 (Five) years of experience in a TES or Contract Cleaning wages environment.
- Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll system.
