Introduction
Our Client, a leader in the Hospitality (Leisure) Industry, is seeking to appoint an experienced Resort Manager to join their dynamic team in Kroonstad.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of the Resort and all its operations.
- Management of the Personnel.
- Financial Management.
- Management of Cleaning Services.
- Manage and maintain equipment and facilities (movable and immovable assets).
- Sales & Marketing of the Resort.
- Administration and Correspondence.
- Management of Safety and Security.
- Management of all bookings.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Twelve).
- National Diploma or Degree in Management.
- Safety (NOSA) and other industry-relevant qualifications required.
- At least 3 (Three) years of experience required in Recreational, Cultural, and Sporting activities organisation and or Management.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
- Valid Driver’s licence and clear criminal record.
Package & Remuneration
R350,000 per annum (Cost to Company) – negotiable.
