Introduction
Our Client, a leader in the Property Industry, has a vacancy for a Rentals Officer based in Phoenix, Durban.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare rental and return documents accurately.
- Qualify customers through company rental requirement guidelines.
- Review the rental parameters with the customer to ensure that there is an understanding of the rates and service charges.
- Ensure that the return date and time stipulated in the rental agreement is correct.
- Create separate Rental Agreement Folders containing all the relevant information.
- Attend to calls to support customers promptly and effectively.
- Resolve customer service issues effectively.
- Support and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize the waiting period and encourage efficient service methods.
- Maintain a professional image and ensure that the working environment within the office is neat and organised.
- Show properties and apartments to potential tenants.
- Interact with Maintenance Staff and the Property Manager.
- Handle and resolve any vacancy, application and maintenance issues.
- Support service requests on documentation, delegation and completion.
- Conduct administrative tasks on apartment renting.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Twelve) certificate.
- Minimum 1 (One) to 3 (Three) years of experience in a similar role.
- Numeracy and analytical ability.
- Detail-oriented.
- Computer Literate (MS Office).
- Good communication skills.
- Work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated.
Package & Remuneration
R10 000 pm CTC.
