Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of the region’s administration, including Wages and Finance, and all matters relating to the administrative onboarding of Assignees.
- Contract management and profitability.
- Service delivery evaluation.
- Growth of the business in line with set targets and strategies.
- Legal compliance and best practices.
- Management of the Employees in line with the culture and values of the Company to ensure a high-performance team.
- Strategy and financial management of the region to achieve forecast and budgeted requirements for the region.
- Management and supervision of all business and Client requirements through business efficiencies to ensure maximum profitability of both the Indgro Outsourcing (PTY) LTD Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™ and the Client.
- The execution of the approved strategy for the region and the optimum use of resources, including the effective positioning of Indgro Outsourcing (PTY) LTD Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12) Certificate.
- Diploma: Labour Management, NQF level 4 (Four).
- Diploma: Client Service Management Training, NQF level 4 (Four).
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager within the TES environment.
- Excellent knowledge of an organization’s effectiveness and operations management, including financial management practices.
- Budget development experience with a working knowledge of budgets and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices.
- Demonstrated leadership ability within a TES environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Innovative with a keen eye for driving excellence through innovative business and people solutions.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Valid code 8 (Eight) driver’s license with own reliable transport.
