Applications are hereby invited for the position of Operations Manager – Gauteng TES, for Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and supervision of all business and Client requirements through business efficiencies to ensure maximum profitability of both the Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™ and the Client. Of great importance in this role is the management of operational, recruitment and administrative staff to ensure Policies, Procedures and legislative requirements are always met as well as the planning, directing and co-ordination of the organizations operations.
Competencies and experience required for this position include inter-alia:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of an organization’s effectiveness and operations management.
- Budget development experience with a working knowledge of budgets and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- On site operational experience.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Innovations driven with a keen eye for driving excellence through innovative business and people solutions.
- Matric (Grade 12) Certificate.
- Valid code 8 (Eight) driver’s license with own reliable transport.
- Diploma: Labour Management, NQF level 4 (Four).
- Diploma: Client Service Management Training, NQF level 4 (Four).
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
Applicants must be able to demonstrate competencies inherently required for the duties of this position:
- Management of the administration of the region, including Wages and Finance, and all matters relating to the administrative on-boarding of Assignees.
- Management of the equipment and consumables including taking responsibility for the maintenance of the asset register.
- Oversight of all health and safety related matters.
- Contract management and profitability.
- Service delivery evaluation.
- Growth of the business in line with set targets and strategies.
- Legal compliance and best practices.
- Submission of reports to the relevant persons.
- Management of the operations Employees in line with the culture and values of the Company to ensure a high-performance team.
