Introduction
Our Client, a leader in the Fast Food Franchise industry, is looking to fill the role of an Operations Manager who must have experience in running multiple restaurants and strong financial controls.
This position is based at KwaDukuza. Applicants must be available to start immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful incumbent is required to manage the Area Managers and ensure the Area Managers meet the following:
- Operational Standards set by the company and the Brand
- Develop the right people and staff to run successful stores and clusters
- Ensure the stores are profitable
- Drive a motivated team
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate
- 4 (Four) to 5 (Five) years experience in a Quick Service Restaraunt environment
- Strong Financial understanding of the business
- Microsoft Office Package
- Ms Word
- Ms Excel
- Ms PowerPoint (must be able to do presentations)
- Internet and Outlook knowledge
- A dynamic, proactive, trustworthy, and hardworking individual
Required Competencies
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines timeously
- Excellent and effective planning and organisational skills
- Must be willing to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Valid Driver’s Licence
