Introduction
Our Client, a leader in the Fast Food Franchise industry, is looking to fill the role of an IT Intern.
This position is based at KwaDukuza (Stanger, KZN). Applicants must be available to start immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the business’s IT function effectively. Duties and responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- GAAP Point of Sale (POS) support
- Installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure such as computers, software, wifi, and networks
- Ensure Anti-Virus measures are maintained
- Desktop support function i.e. Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
- Experience with GAAP Point of Sales is an advantage
- Must be a dynamic, proactive, trustworthy and hardworking individual
Required Competencies
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Detailed orientated
- Effective planning and management skills
