Introduction
Our Client, a leader in the Wholesale supply of cleaning products, cleaning chemicals, and cleaning equipment, is seeking to appoint an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Sasolburg area.
The successful candidate will be:

- Presentable and professional, and willing to grow within the position while acquiring new skills and expanding their experience.
This role will initially be office-based, whereafter, within a period of between 6 (Six) and 12 (Twelve) months (depending on the skills and knowledge acquired during this period), the successful candidate will transition into the role of Sales Representative, traveling and visiting clients, among others.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Counter sales, including providing product information and answering customer questions.
- Creating and accurately processing sales quotations and invoices using Pastel Accounting.
- Issuing invoices and managing payment collections.
- Verifying inventory availability and pricing.
- Analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Qualifying leads and identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Following up on sales leads and nurturing customer relationships.
- Coordinating with other departments like marketing and customer service.
- Updating and maintaining customer information.
- Basic administration duties.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Twelve).
- At least 3 (Three) years of experience in a similar role.
- Pastel Accounting experience is advantageous.
- Presentable and professional.
- Customer-oriented.
- Sales-driven.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly, with a positive mindset.
- People-person.
- Willing to work on Saturdays (Once a month, sometimes twice, depending on the number of weeks within the month)
- Own reliable transport with a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel.
- Must be able to start immediately.
Package & Remuneration
R10 000 – R12 000 per month, depending on experience.
