Duties & Responsibilities
The Employee Relations Officer is responsible for providing a dedicated Employee Relations advisory service to the Company, Employees, and Temporary and or Contract Workers (Assignees) to ensure that all Policies, Procedures, and employment legislation are followed. This includes advising on, facilitating, executing, and implementing applicable Employee Relations best practices, identifying risks, and formatting a solution to provide preventative measures.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Management of CCMA Administration.
- Management of all disciplinary action for the Company.
- Research and Analysis.
- Provide IR support to all Company Verticals and Functions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12) Certificate.
- Higher Diploma: Industrial Relations Management.
- Temporary Employment Services Industry experience is beneficial.
- A sense of urgency and results-driven.
- Acute attention to detail.
- MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Developed an understanding of workplace reform matters.
- Good analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Have an internal willingness to assist and help others.
- A high level of attention to detail is essential.
