Duties & Responsibilities
The Human Resource Officer supports various human resource functions, including recruitment, health and safety, administration, payroll management, training and development, employment equity, COIDA, and reporting.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Training and Development initiatives.
- Recruitment and Selection.
- HR Administration.
- Management of Employment Equity reporting and initiatives.
- Performance Management.
- Internal Audits of various HR areas.
- Temporary Employment Services Industry experience is beneficial.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12) Certificate.
- Higher Diploma: Human Resources Management.
- A sense of urgency and results-driven.
- Acute attention to detail.
- MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Business awareness and excellent organizational skills.
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- A documented record of accomplishment of making a difference.
