Introduction
Our Client, based in Germiston, has a vacancy for a CSD Controller.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicating with Clients on a daily basis in order to secure new shipments and deliveries.
- Daily sales reporting to Management.
- Daily planning of shipments and deliveries, ensuring planning are action in accordance with company policies.
- Follow-up on daily deliveries ensuring Clients are kept informed of progress and delays.
- Closing off flies and deliveries.
- Must be able to work long hours and under pressure.
- Must be able to work in a team.
Desired Qualification and Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.
- Must have a driver’s license.
- Experience with exports and imports advantageous.
- Experience with Navis and the port.
- Must have experience in working with containers.
Package and Remuneration
- Salary: R13 000 – R15 000, depending on experience.
- Working hours: 07:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday 07:00 – 17:00.
