Introduction
Our Client, a leader in the Warehousing Industry, is seeking to appoint an experienced Costing Import Administrator to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Pietermaritzburg area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Maintain a database that tracks merchandise.
- Calculate mark-ups and gross profit percentage on all products.
- Prepare adverts every 2 (Two) weeks for available positions for stores, for the Marketing Function to publish.
- Change prices on the spreadsheet from buyers.
- Preparing reports.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Twelve).
- At least 3 (Three) years of experience in the Retail Industry.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate.
- Fast pace in executing tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good time-management skills.
