One of our leading Clients in the logistics industry is recruiting for an Air Freight Controller to join their dynamic team.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.
Experience
- More than 3 years air freight logistics experience.
- Sound knowledge of imports and exports.
- General knowledge of warehousing, clearing and forwarding.
- Operational experience.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of import clearing for air freight cargo. Duties include:
- Client liaison.Effective time management.
- Tracking and tracing of shipments.
- Pre-costing, invoicing and quality control.
- Handling of debtors queries.
- Assisting with and managing registrations.
- Effective planning and delivery of air freight cargo.
- Closing files on system after delivery.
Salary
- R20 000 TCTC.
This is a Permanent Position.
