Introduction
One of our Clients, a leader in the Food and Beverage industry, is seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team in Pretoria, Gauteng.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process supplies, including stock and non-stock purchases, credit notes, and price book checks. Verify receiving against invoices.
- Scan and file invoices relating to suppliers.
- Verify that invoices, especially those relating to raw materials, are priced correctly.
- Create supplier accounts on accounting software.
- Compile stock-take sheets, and stock-take variance reports, as well as capture stock-take data.
- Research and reach out to suppliers offering better deals on raw material purchases.
- Negotiate settlement discounts with new as well as old suppliers.
- Work with the Office Manager on Stock Management and Pricing processes.
- Assist the Office Manager with ensuring that all supplier remittances are timeously completed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Twelve).
- At least 3 (Three) years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of and experience with MS Office (especially MS Excel) and ERP Accounting Software.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- No criminal record,
Package & Remuneration
R18 000 to R20 000.
