Our Client, a leader in the Food Service and Distribution Industry, has a vacancy for an Administration Clerk with knowledge of IT at their New Germany branch in Durban.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing office support to either an individual or team
- The successful candidal will be vital for the smooth running of the company
- Fielding telephone calls
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Creating spreadsheets
- Filing
- Adhoc duties
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- Certificate in Office Administration or Management
- At least 1 (One) year experience as an Administration Clerk
- Must have knowledge of Information Technology – this is non-negotiable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products
- Management skills
- Organizational skills
- Customer Service and good verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willing to work shifts and extended hours
- No criminal record
