Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible to provide financial support to in coordination to the Financial Manager Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™ (the Company) and affiliated Juristic persons within the Group and entails the compilation and verification (as of the accuracy thereof the Profit and loss Statements- Management Accounts) and to ensure the effective operation of best practice financial and accounting practices within the Company. This includes the management of debtors as well as the creation, maintenance and administration of the Company including affiliated Juristic Persons within the Group’s budgeting process, as well as verification of the accuracy within the standing Policies and Procedures, including the Pricing Strategy of the Company of all Costing Sheets.
- Financial management of the debtors, cashflow, reconciliations, bookkeeping and system maintenance
- Assisting with bank offers and draws.
- Financial auditing.
- Completion of the Management Pack.
- Submission of VAT calculations and returns.
- ETI claims and reconciliations.
- Cost accounting.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) Certificate, including Accounting as subject.
- B Compt. Degree [completed].
- Bachelor of Accountancy Honours.
- Must have more than 3 (Three) years’ experience in the Finance Function.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Integrity and a high level of ethical standards.
- A well-motivated approach that responds positively to the demands of the task(s) and successfully combines professional training and applied working skills (convert theory into practice).
- A high level of attention to detail is important.
- Deadline-driven and punctual.
- Clear Credit Record – no Judgements or adverse information recorded by any registered Credit Bureaux.
