Introduction
One of our Clients, a leader in the Packaging industry is looking for 2 (Two) Invoice Clerks to join their team on a shift basis. Applicants must reside in and around the Phoenix, Cornubia, Verulam, and KwaMashu areas. This position is for a period of 3 (Three) months with a possibility of becoming permanent, depending on performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Capturing and processing of orders
- Ensuring accounts are aware of outstanding monies
- Routing of orders and ensuring all orders done are routed and loaded for delivery
- Ensure all orders processed are accurate
- Invoicing
- Stock control
- Stock scheduling
- Service scheduling
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Twelve) Matric Certificate
- At least 2 (Two) years experience as an Invoice Clerk
- Computer Literate (Ms Word, Excel, Internet & Email)
- SYSPRO experience an advantage

Package & Remuneration
Must be able to work rotational shifts:
06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
22:00 – 06:00
Salary: ±R8 000 per month, depending on experience
