Qualifications and Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric) Secondary Schooling.
- More than 2 years experience in meat cutting (Blockman).
- Safety-conscious approach.
- Good practical butchery skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail.
- Client service skills.
Responsibilities
- Cutting and trimming of meat.
- Weighing, wrapping the meat and putting it out for display.
- Storing meat appropriately.
- Serving Clients over the counter and or delivering meat to Clients.
