CONFUSION RE MASKS, REGULATION AND GATHERINGS (COVID-19)
The Minister of Health has Gazzeted that, with immediate effect, the wearing of face masks, regulation of gatherings, and regulation of persons entering the Country in so far as they pertain to (COVID-19) have been repealed.
However, the code of practice on managing (COVID-19) at the workplace and the HBA regulations still apply to employers as do the provisions of the OHSA.
