Re Clause 5.3 the same needs to be put into context which refers:
The Employer through the Temporary and or Contract Employee (Assignee) or perm. Employee to establish the exposure to (COVID-19). Then self-quarantine and use sick and annual leave. When depleted then unpaid. However, Temporary and or Contract Employee (Assignee) or perm. Employee will know in 14 (Fourteen) days the aforesaid leave (should) not be quickly depleted. If the Temporary and or Contract Employee (Assignee) or perm. Employee is diagnosed COIDA commences in which case and Employer does not pay.
