Introduction:
Applications are hereby invited for the position of Recruiter (WC) for Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services GroupTM. The successful candidate will be required to achieve the regional TES and Cleaning objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates in line with the specifications and requirements of Clients. This can be done by employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Twelve) Matric Certificate.
- APSO Certificate in best recruiting practices.
- APSO registration in Ethics and Recruiting.
Competencies and experience required for this position include inter-alia:
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically in the MS office suite.
- General knowledge of various employment legislation and practices applicable to South Africa.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Gather and analyze information skillfully.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
- One to two years of corporate and blue-collar recruiting experience.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in outcomes-based interviewing would be very beneficial.
